Jodie Wieting is Manager of Business Services within the Compass Business Accountants team. Jodie is ultimately responsible for the completion of all accounting tasks to meet our high client service delivery standards and also within deadlines set by the various regulatory authorities.

Jodie has worked alongside founding Principal of Compass Business Accountants, Mark Callaghan, for over 14 years and during this time has developed specialties and skills to ensure Compass Business Accountants is a full service-offering in business accountancy.

Having worked in the public practice accounting arena for 18 years and after completing a Bachelor of Commerce, Jodie proceeded to obtain her Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification in 2008. Over the years of practicing, Jodie has developed extensive experience in advising a broad range of businesses, including small to medium family enterprises.

Jodie has a particular interest in advising start-up businesses in areas such as; how to best structure their business, registration and book-keeping requirements. Jodie is passionate about getting to know our clients, understanding their business and identifying gaps where small business accounting strategies can be put in to place.
